Orders placed through this site are requests until we confirm them. Prices are shown at the time of ordering. Payment is due as arranged at checkout or on delivery, by the methods we offer. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and you will not be charged.
Delivery times and pickup windows are estimates. Please make sure someone is available to receive a delivery. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown before you place the order.
Because our boxes are prepared fresh for your event date, cancellations need reasonable notice. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
When you place an order, we use the email address and phone number you provide to send order confirmations, updates about your order, and replies to your messages. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts and dairy. Please tell us about allergies when ordering. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.
