Elegant Touch respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, event details, and, for deliveries, a delivery address. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and keep track of your order.
We use your information to prepare and deliver your order, to send order confirmations and updates by email and, with your consent, by text message, and to answer your questions. We send transactional email only: confirmations, updates about an order you placed, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and every address we email belongs to a customer who contacted us or placed an order.
If you check the box on our order form giving consent, or if you text our business number, we may send you text messages about your order: confirmations, status and delivery updates, receipts, and replies to questions you send us.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for anything else.
Message frequency varies, typically a few messages for each order you place. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call or email us to be removed.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the business: our website host, our email delivery provider, and our payment processing, each only to the extent needed to do their job.
We keep order records for our business and tax records. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing orders@eleganttouchbp.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
